Do you have a small plot of land where you would like to have a holiday home, but you don’t want to engage in long, complicated construction?
We offer to purchase the Nabu 45 SIP panel house. The cabin is heated, so you can spend time in it even in the cold season. We will deliver to any place in Lithuania!
The duration of construction depends on the equipment and lasts from 2 weeks.

The Nabu project is inspired by the ideas of minimal living. The SIP panel house was designed by the famous Jauku-ku studio.
A small house for life and policy. The cabin is compact but has all the basic living spaces.

The Nabu 45 cabin can be used in different ways.

Cabin with sauna.
The main part of the building can be used for living, and the annex can be used as a sauna. 29 square meters accommodate a kitchen, rest, sleep, work areas, and even a bathroom with a bathtub.
The house has 2 floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, as well as a work corner and a bathroom with a toilet.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom, and it is also possible to install a work space.
The additional module is used as a part of the sauna, consisting of a sauna and ante-sauna.

Cabin with additional sleeping area.
An additional annex/module can be used as an additional bedroom. In this way, the cottage has 2 sleeping spaces and a living room.
