In order to achieve synergy with nature, natural finishing materials are used for decoration – oak parquet, poplar plywood, ceramics. Large windows and high 2.75m ceilings create a sense of space inside and allow you to feel even closer to nature. The house is suitable for living in all seasons.

The walls are insulated with 150mm mineral wool, the ceiling and floor – 250mm. A high-quality Oras – Oras heating and cooling system was installed.

The house will reach you already fully furnished, equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower cabin, heating system, outdoor and indoor electrical installation.
