• We offer 18 sq. m., 21 sq. m., 24 sq. m., 27 sq. m. and 30 sq. m. premises.
• The commercial module is made on the basis of a steel frame: 3 mm thick welded steel profiles (cube).
• There is a possibility to install a bathroom in the premises (a separate room with a toilet, shower, sink with cabinet and electric water heater 30l with thermostat) We can also install a bathroom without a shower, only with a toilet, a sink and a boiler.
• Modern sandwich panels are used in the production of the module. The panels are made of galvanized, painted sheet metal with inner polystyrene foam filling. Thickness: 100 mm; Thermal conductivity: 0.38/m2.
• Module walls: 100 mm sandwich panel.
• Internal partitions of the module: 75 mm sandwich plate.
