The house is made of calibrated wood and plywood, by gluing, connecting it to one body. In this way, the building is durable, and tight, characterized by a long-lasting wooden structure, and resistant to transportation, atmospheric effects, or other deformation factors.
The structure’s thermal insulation gap consists of 300 mm thick stone wool (“Parok extra plus”), which is laid by layering. This also ensures the effectiveness of a small thermal insulation layer.
The internal vapor insulation film is reinforced with a heat-reflecting surface.
The total thickness of the house wall construction is 435 mm.
The roof and the back wall are covered with dark gray 0.5 mm thick sheet metal (“Classic”).
The facade is covered with 20 x 120 mm larch paneling, which is installed with turners and wrapped with stainless steel screws.
The bottom is covered with a textile film and a net against rodents.
Outdoor LED lighting has two zones (side and front).
One plug socket is installed outside.
In the recreation area, the walls and ceiling are finished in 20 x 140 mm northern spruce paneling. They are covered with eco-linseed-based paint, white, which does not hide the structure of the wood and its naturalness.
The base of the floor is formed from 9 mm + 9 mm thick plywood panels, installed by gluing and layering. The finish is made of natural wood parquet boards.
In order to maintain heat during the winter, there is infrared floor heating (regulated by a thermostatic sensor on the wall).
The recreation area is equipped with a mini-kitchen – three cabinets, a worktop with a built-in sink and mixer, and one hanging cabinet (not in the photos yet, but currently being installed).
The sauna walls and ceiling are finished with 18 x 120 mm black alder panels. The beds are also made of black alder wood.
The shower area is finished with ceramic tiles.
The base of the floor is made of 18 mm thick, moisture-resistant plywood panels, covered with waterproofing. A formed slope for water to drain into the trap. There is a cold water outlet for washing the sauna area. The floor is finished with stone mass tiles.
The entrance door to the sauna and shower is made of tinted tempered glass.
The base of the shower walls and floor is made of 18 mm thick moisture-resistant plywood panels, covered with a waterproofing coating, and finished with ceramic tiles. The ceiling is of bleached northern spruce paneling.
The walls and ceiling are finished in 20 x 140 mm northern spruce panels, which are covered with eco-linseed-based paint, white. The floor is made of ceramic tiles, the doors are made of natural oak veneer with glass.
The wardrobe is a corner with a sink and faucet. A corner cabinet with a mirror is also installed above the sink. The toilet is equipped with an LED lighting lamp.
Windows and entrance doors are dark gray on both sides. The hinges of the front door are hidden in the frame structure so that the single glass unit is not visible from the outside. The manufacturer of the window structure and glass package is “Megrame”.
An instant hot water heater is installed in the recreation area cabinet under the sink. If more hot water is needed, there are inlets in the toilet area for connecting a larger water heater.
Ventilation is provided in the rest, toilet, shower, and sauna areas.
The manufacturer provides a 7-year warranty for the entire hidden structure. Transport and installation of the sauna during the warranty period must be carried out with the manufacturer’s representative.
All other devices – i.e. water heater, faucets, sauna shoulder, lighting lamps, toilet – are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Finishing materials are not covered by the warranty.
