Preparation of the site of the cabin/ Foundation:

The cabins are delivered fully assembled for permanent parking, so the place where the cabin will be parked must be prepared. –

Instructions on how to prepare the site are sent for each cabin. We always offer site preparation work if a specially prepared site is required.

A foundation is unnecessary for some houses. Depends on the specific object. If a foundation is needed, we always offer foundation installation.

Delivery and unloading:

 – The cabin is delivered fully assembled.

 – The house is delivered with Fiskar – a manipulator and is lifted and placed in the place specified by the customer. The length of the boom of the manipulator reaches up to 14.5 meters, so access to it is not necessary.

There are also other delivery options if you need to lift the cabin 15-50 meters.
